He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Denise Snyder (Steve) of Hudson, Greg Kempf (Theresa) of Cleveland and Robin Kempf (Kelly) of Hudson; and his grandchildren, Louis, Ellen, Meredith Snyder, Libby, Pixie Kempf, Morgan, Mac and Grace Kempf.
Due to COVID-19, the family has decided to hold a private memorial service in his honor.
