She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank West and Rosalie West; and her granddaughter Renee Aliff. She is survived by: her husband Charles C. Noga; her brother Thomas West (Donna); her children, Maureen Doty (Phill), Tabitha Skerl (Ed), Shelley Napier (Robert), Shawna Andrews, Kori Andrews and Jeremy Andrews (Anna); and her stepchildren, Charles A. Noga (Amy) and Brandi Fetters. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Reichlin Roberts Bollinger Funeral Home (327 Cleveland St, Elyria, OH 44035). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
