He is survived by: his wife Billie F.; his children, Deborah Miller (John) and Erik Philipps (Joanne) of Elyria; his stepson Todd Baker; and his sisters, Patricia and Cheryl. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
