He was predeceased by: his parents, Okey Barker and Virginia Shaffer; and his brother Eddie Barker. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his children, Annette Fitzpatrick (Torre), Rod Fox, Traci Schmitt (Shawn) and Staci Gaughan (Joe). He is also survived by grandchildren and 21 precious great-grandchildren.
