He is survived by: his parents, Rosemary Merkosky of Grafton and Robert Garrison (Brenda) of Valley City; his grandmother Trudy Velotta of Old Brooklyn; his siblings, Sabrina Merkosky of Elyria, Denise Klingler (Mark) of Amherst, Tiffany Truman (Jason) of Elyria, Curtis Senyitko (Ashley) of Elyria, Michael Merkosky (Brittany) of Grafton and Brittany Merkosky (Abby) of Cuyahoga Falls; his nieces and nephews, Halie, Kaiden, Jordan, Kenedi, Jon, Jeremiah, Aveah and Aviahna; his cousin Jake Cowley of Avon; and also Jayden. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles.
