It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Sue Blevins of Goshen, Ohio, born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on June 25, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Lida Bays; her husband Ralph Edward Blevins; her father Caleb T Bays; and her siblings, Mary Ellis and Frank Bays.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Blevins (Pam) of Goshen, OH, Dennis Edward Blevins Sr. of West Union, OH, Roger Blevins (Julie) of Goshen, OH, Tammy Sue Whitaker of Maineville, OH and Melinda Rowan (Jimmy) of Owensville, OH; and her siblings, Larry Bays (Charlotte), David Bays (Patricia) and Barbara Bays. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
