He was predeceased by: his brothers, Peter and Timothy. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Amburgey; his pet Fergie; his siblings, John Wakefield (Jean) and Miranda Grace-Anderson (Rich); and his sisters-in-law, Dottie Wakefield and Karen Wakefield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
