He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kiser and Billie Jean Kiser; and his siblings, Carl Felix, James, Linda, Roger Dale, Joe Russel and Ricky Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Kiser; his children, William Paul Hempel, Jamie Marie Hempel and Thomas Edward Risk (Danielle); his grandchildren, Bryant, Nash, Temperance, Coen, Charity, Hunter, William and Adele; his great grandchild Willow; his brother Dennis Eugene Kiser; and his pet Hazel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
