He was predeceased by: his son Aaron Waugh; and his brother John "Junior" Ivan. He is survived by: his children, Fletcher Waugh, Beth Wendel and Anthony Beare; his grandchildren, Shiann, Kevin, Kelsy, Jonathan and Derrick; his sisters, Mary Alexander and Georgia Eldridge; and his friend Mary McGovern.
