She is survived by: her son Jeffery Gibson (Becky); her daughter-in-law Phyllis Gibson; her brother Ricky Philpot (Sharon); and her granddaughters, Jennifer Newman, Jessica Holtzclaw (Cody) and Savannah Nthenge (Poppeye). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
