He is survived by: his parents, Kyla Masturzo and Christopher Smith; his stepparents, Anthony Masturzo and Leah Smith; his siblings, Greyson, Roman, Gianna Masturzo, Colin and Carissa Smith; and his grandparents, Kathy Crozier, Ronald Glover (Deborah), Paul Buerkle (late Linda), Stephen Smith (Linda), Patricia Sapp (late Steve), Thomas Masturzo (Vickie) and Eddie Castle (Annette). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home - Goshen (1944 OH-28, Goshen, OH 45122). Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
