He was predeceased by: his brother Thomas; and his half-sister Wanda Craigwall. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Singleton; his sons, Paul Jr. (Kathy) and Steve; his stepchildren, Randy Hignite (Emma), Rick Hignite, Julie Goure (Vinny) and Jackie Miller (Randy); his sister Lois Roberts; his stepmother Juanita Phelps; his half-sisters, Sherry Xander, Carol Smith, Vickie Haskins and Patti Scales; and his stepfather Walter Phelps. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
