He is survived by: his wife Sonja Perry (Brown) of Goshen, Ohio; his parents, Beatrice Spradlin and Archie Spradlin of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; his children, Michael Stephen Perry of Cincinnati, Ohio and Cherish Bram (Chris) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his half-brother Stephen Gregory Terrell of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his brothers, Rusty Spradlin (Shawnda) of Parkers Lake and Jeffery Spradlin (Amy) of Knoxville, Tennessee. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and several cousins and friends.
