Lenore Joy Owens Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lenore Joy Owens of Goshen, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on February 1, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Coleman "Red" Owens; her sister Gloria Ruth Dunn (Jerry); and her parents, Edward J. Woerner and Nellie Woerner. She is survived by: her children, Michael Owens (Bonnie), Barbara Owens and Diane Heisler (John); her grandchildren, Matthew Owens (Heather), Kelly Arbino (Matt), Tony Heisler, Brittney Hallon (Jerry), Ashley Heisler (Jimmy Heist) and Hannah Owens; and her brother Allen Woerner (Carol). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the League of Animal Welfare, 4193 Taylor Rd., Batavia, OH 45103 Pallbearers for Joy are: Matthew Owens, Jerry Hallon, Carson Hunley, Jimmy Heist, John Heisler and Michael Owens.
