He is survived by: his wife Lois Kerr Lay; his son Jeffery Mark Lay; his stepchildren, Rebecca Kerr and Dustin Kerr; and his sisters, Wanda Rains and Pauline Pittman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and many dear friends.
