He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Mae and Jesse Hornsby Jr.; and his brother Mike Hornsby. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Hennekes); his children, Kelly Smith (Darrell), Kenny Hornsby Jr. (Chelsie) and Kevin Hornsby; his grandchildren, Madison, Addison and Lane; and his brother Denny Hornsby (Karen). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
