He was predeceased by: his grandson Stephen Harter; and his parents, Elson Harter and Bernice Harter. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Lynnette Harter; his children, Laura Bailey (Denis), Daniel Harter (Catherine), Michael Harter (late Lisa) and Kathy Parrish (Ben); his granddaughters, Mina Parrish, Jessica Harter and Rebecca Harter; and his siblings, Susan Alexander, Denny Harter (Barbara), Bud and JoAnn (Tim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
