It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Scott Fleming of Goshen, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on June 4, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Michele Renee Fleming; his children, Jeff Fleming (Jen), Josh Fleming (Nicole), David Fleming, Shelby Hernandez (Jesus), Zachariah Fleming (Miosha), Kim Vest, Katie Vest, Krissy Gustin, Nick Vest and Brandon Titus; his brother Steven Fleming (Theresa); his mother Carolyn; and his nieces and nephews, Steve, Cody and Taylor Fleming. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, relatives and many dear friends.
