He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harper and Kathryn Harper; his siblings, Glenn Harper and Glenda Stevens; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Faye Chapman; and his sister-in-law Dee Hansman.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Rosic; his sisters, Judy Rosic, Linda Parr, Karen Previtt (Terry) and Donna Rosic; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Clark (Dan), Diana Norwood (Curt) and Mark Hansman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
