He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lewis and Juanita Lewis (Nee West); and his brothers, Earl Lewis and Bob Lewis. He is survived by: his children, James Lewis Jr. (Allie) and Jennifer McIntyre (Tim); his grandchildren, Kari, Jessalyn, Donnie and Tim Jr.; his great grandchildren, Megan, Eleanor and River; and his siblings, Jerry Lewis, Barbara Hager, Alice Docier, Betty Phelps, Bonnie Mack, Brenda Rankin and Joanna Casey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
