He is survived by: his close friend Sheila Jones; his sons, James Noonan Jr. (Sherri), Mark Noonan and Anthony Noonan (Laurie); his grandchildren, Brett Jr., Connie, Amber, Kelsey, Samantha, James, Ashley, Nicholas and Hanna; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Dakota, Howie and Freya; and his siblings, Jack, JoAnn, Diane, Monica, Danny and Ellen.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home - Goshen (1944 OH-28, Goshen, OH 45122). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton (5890 Buckwheat Rd, Milford, OH 45150).
