He is survived by: his wife Gail Ballinger; his children, Lisa Ballinger, James Ballinger Jr. (Kim) and Dawn Hughett; his grandchildren, David Ballinger (Mary), Andy Ballinger (Ally), Ashley Ballinger (James Philpot) and Daniel Hughett; his great grandchildren, Damion Philpot, Annabell Ballinger, Lilyana Philpot and Calvin Ballinger; and his sister Donna Chilton (late Mike).
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (6495 OH-132, Goshen, OH 45122). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
