He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Harmon Meineke Sr. and Pat Meineke; and his brothers-in-law, John Hartley (Linda) and Tom Hartley (Brenda). He is survived by: his wife Susan Hartley Meineke; his children, Cameron Meineke, Jason Meineke and Bryan Meineke; his siblings, Gail Meineke (Jim Bussey) and Pam Baugh (Scott Osborne); and his brothers-in-law, Randy Hartley (Jo) and Richard Hartley (Marilyn).

“I am sincerely sorry for your loss. My name is Dorothy Holderfield (nee Stevens). My mother (Helen Meineke Stevens) and his father (my Uncle Frank) were siblings. We had the same grandmother (Helen Elizabeth Meineke) who died April 12th,1994 at age 96. I haven't seen Skippy (or Pam or Gail) for a long, long time.
