She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude S. Boyd and Susie Richardson Boyd; her former husband Raymond Smith; her siblings, Gay Vandyke, Ruth Cook, Jim Boyd and Greg Boyd; and her grandson Chance Smith.
She is survived by: her son Burley Smith (Michelle) of Goshen, Ohio; her sisters, Barbara Adkins of Pikeville and Margaret Peck of Scottsville, Virginia; her grandchildren, Steven Norman, Brittany Rodriguez and Destani Smith; and her great grandchildren, Presley Rodriguez, Everleigh Rodriguez, Navy Lee Norman, Scarlett Rodriguez, Braeden Norman and Brennan Norman.
