He is survived by: his spouse Andrea Sue Brokaw (Leach); his sister Heidi Coffman (Bill); his aunts, Vikki Whitman and Linda Myers; his uncle Shawn Whitman; his niece Rachel Tykle; his nephews, Kevin Taylor and Kai; his stepdaughters, Angela Brooks (Rick Hall), Jessica Bishop (Mike Phillips) and Rachel Hitchings (Chad); and his stepgrandchildren, Easton, Ali, Arya, Wesley and Everleigh.
