She was predeceased by: her parents, Franz Westner and Katrina Westner; her son Ralph Wininger; and her siblings, Lori Wiggers, Josephine Ortner and Franz Westner.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Edward Wininger; her daughter Lisa Fiscus (Bill); her grandchildren, Joshua Fiscus (Brittany), Stephanie Hapner (Chad) and Emily Wininger; and her great grandchildren, Mason Fiscus and McKenzie Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Plainview Cemetry.
