He was predeceased by: his parents, Tip Parker and Ortha Parker. He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Edwards, Jim Parker, Phyllis Neal and Dave Parker; and his daughter Nicole Sturgell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
