She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard "Butch" Clements; her parents, Norbert Busam and Antoinette Busam; and her brothers, Greg Busam and Skip Busam.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Clements and Jason Clements (Kelli); her grandchildren, Makinley, Brady, Lexi, Michael and Xander; her siblings, Becky Cunningham, Karl Busam and Dan Busam; and her sisters-in-law, Paulette Busam, Bev Busam, Karen Busam and Sueann Busam.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Evans Funeral Home - Goshen (1944 OH-28, Goshen, OH 45122). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
