She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave James and Loval James (Stamper); her husband Bobby Parker; and her son Phillip. She is survived by: her children, Dinah (Jerry) and Shannon (Melissa); and her siblings, William Arthur James, Mary Charlene Lyons, Betty Ruth Lowe, Lucille Lillian Cannon, Janis Joanne James, Clayton Carolyne James, Kenneth Ray James, Alice Jean James, Phyllis Ann Griffy and David Arvin James. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
