He was predeceased by: his siblings, Linda Smith, Jack Ely and Richard Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Titmuss-Smith; his sons, William Smith (Emily) and Jackson Smith (Makaela); and his grandchildren, Nora, Evelynn, Luther and Bowman Smith.
