He is survived by: his sons, Michael Khulenberg (Debbie) and Mark Khulenberg (Dawn); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Morris, Charles Khulenberg (Ana), Kristy Khulenberg-Swearingen (Jim), Nathan Khulenberg, Shannon Keach (Chris), Christopher Khulenberg (Ashley), Laura Edens (William) and Tony Khulenberg (Shelby).
