She was loved and cherished by many people including: her child Hayden Richmond; her boyfriend Jeremy Schulz; her parents, Patricia Ann Spradlin and Gary Lynn Spradlin; and her siblings, Gary Spradlin (Tammy), Adam Spradlin (Matt Kutch), Amy Williams (Chad) and Alison Marie Spradlin. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends and family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the House of Restoration (1487 OH-131, Milford, OH 45150). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family has requested that memorial donations be made in memory of Adrienne Spradlin to the Clermont County Animal Shelter, 4025 Filager Rd., Batavia, OH, 45103.
