She was predeceased by: her parents, George Strahler and Myrtle Cronce Strahler; her husband Richard E. Michel; her siblings, Ruth Bourguignon, Albert Tigar and Bob Strahler; and her siblings-in-law, Marguerite Benedett, Elizabeth Persons and Bernard Michel.
She is survived by: her children, Richard E. "Rick" Michel, Jr. (Jeannie) of Dover, OH and Sharon (Kim Benson) of Chaska, MN; her granddaughters, Jennifer "Jenny" (Paul Moran) of Waconia, MN and Kristell Benson of Chaska, MN.; her great grandchildren, Evan, Emily, Sophie Moran and Winnie; and her sister Millicent "Millie" (Don Zeitner) of Bethlehem, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
