He was predeceased by: his grandson Isaac Stokey; his siblings, Richard Waters and Sandy Pounds; his in-laws, Ilene and Jay Hoffman; and his brother-in-law Robert Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Twyla Hoffman; his children, Richard Waters of Uhrichsville and Heather Stokey (Chad) of Tuscarawas; his grandsons, LCpl, Bronz Waters, Terrin Waters, Tre Stokey, Kaleb Stokey, Aiden Stokey and Lucas Stokey; his sisters, Sheryl Coletti (Nick) of Uhrichsville and Vickie Matheson of Tennessee; and his brother-in-law Butch Hoffman of Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
