He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Sullivan and Emerson Sullivan; his sister Sue Sullivan; and his brother-in-law Bradley Kaiser. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sullivan (Thomas); his children, Dan Sullivan (Kristy) of Port Washington and Ann Wenzel (Khevin) of Dover, Ohio.; his granddaughters, Andrea Starr (TC) of Nova and Grace Wenzel of Dover; his stepgrandchildren, Dillon and Alexis; his siblings-in-law, Joe (Anitra Thomas) and Esther Kaiser; and his close friend Charles D. Mayse. He is also survived by his sister, parents, and grandparents.
