She was predeceased by: her parents, William Neuhart and Elvira Neuhart (Carpenter); and her husband Howard J. Thornton. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Roger Thornton (Debbie) of Dennison and Lori Sweitzer (Mike) of Gnadenhutten; her grandchildren, Justin Sweitzer (KaLee), Katie Sweitzer and Darcy Gribble (Dale); her great grandchildren, Maddee Gribble, Xander Sweitzer and Kyler Gribble; and her pet Gracie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
