She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Edgar Hicks and Martha Elizabeth Hicks (Tetirick); and her husband Charles Robert Fouts (Bob). She is survived by: her siblings, Ada Ruth Stonebrook, Ellis Hicks and Virgil Hicks; her stepmother Sarah Hicks; her children, Virginia Alabbasi of Columbus, Roberta Ann Mills (Robert) of Columbus, Mary Ellen Bigler of New Philadelphia and Richard Fouts (Pamela) of Gnadenhutten; her grandchildren, Sue Ellen Mikicic (Val), Kimberly Mills, Tammy Bigler, Amy Bigler, Dina Tinney (Steve), Nadia Pinkerton (Nick), Dale Bigler (Amanda), Robert Mills (Stephanie), Dunia Mershon (Michael), John Fouts (Sallie) and James Fouts (Christin); her great grandchildren, Kierra Larrick, Kyler Larrick, Cheyenne Hodkinson, Robin Zendejous, Nairan Normand, Jr., Abram Normand, Natalie Mershon, Andrew Mershon, Trey Mills, Carissa Mills, Bryce Tinney, Brianna Tinney, Caleb Fouts, Lucas Fouts, Owen Bigler, Reece Fouts, Nadianna Pinkerton, Nicholas Pinkerton, Kailey Tinney and Franklin Funez; her brother Roger Hicks (Jean) of Phoenix, AZ; and her niece Thema Meek of Gnadenhutten.
