He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wyckoff and Mary Wyckoff (McGowan); his wife Lois C. (Mahoney); his stepson Ralph G. Riggs; and his siblings, James, Thomas, Harry, Charles Wyckoff, Elizabeth Anthony, Minnie Yoss and Cora Soles.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Carol Armstrong (Randy), Jay Riggs (Lori) and Connie English (Rod); his daughter-in-law Margret Riggs; his grandchildren, Troi McKelvey (Jim), David Riggs (Naybis), Jennifer Riggs, Jennifer Smith, Jason Riggs and Brandon English (Tara); his siblings, Ruth Ann Wise, Ila Marie Wyckoff and Johnny Wyckoff (Jeanie); and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Hutchinson and Leo Mahoney. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given in Joe's name to Community Hospice Inc. or to the John Heckewelder Memorial Moravian Church in Gnadenhutten.
