She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Border and Viola Border (Peterman); and her brother Marvin. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Wallace (Stephen) and Marvin Border (Becky) of Dover; her grandchildren, Brandon Border, Luke and Natalie Wallace; and also Paul Swegheimer.
