He was predeceased by: his parents, Chelsea Waller and Wilma Waller (Hickenbottom); his wife Myra Lee Waller; and his great grandchild Addison Quinn Russell. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Green (Steve Green Sr.) of Dover, Mark Waller (Teri Baker) of Wheeling, W. Va and Kurt Waller (Deidre) of Gnadenhutten; and his sister Doris McBride (John) of Jacobsburg. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
