He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett James and Jennie Page (Lamb); his wife Geneva Ruth Page (Mosher); his brothers, James "Jimmy" Page and Gerald "Bud" Page; his son Mark Dewayne Page; his granddaughter Holly Page; and his brothers-in-law, Butch Bennington and Ralph Dale "Bud" Fouts.
He is survived by: his pets, Buster and Shadow; his children, Dave Page (Jolene) of Uhrichsville, Jim Page of Magnolia, Connie Page of Gnadenhutten and Sallie Edgar (Mike) of New Philadelphia; his siblings, Mary Jo Fouts (Page) of Uhrichsville, Jeanine Bennington (Page) of Dover, Sarah Jane Devore (Page) and Larry Page of Uhrichsville; and also Carol Morris. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
