She is survived by: her husband Ray Dean Milburn; her brother Duane Vance (Kelly) of Dennison; her siblings-in-law, Charles Milburn, Jr. (Debora) of Uhrichsville, Randy Milburn (Darlene) of Uhrichsville, Daniel Milburn (Barbara) of Wainwright, Steve Sentz of Gnadenhutten, Candy Howell (Wayne) of Tuscarawas, Diane Sentz (Rick) of Uhrichsville and Shirley Creighton (Paul) of Wainwright; and her nephew Dale Taylor of Arizona. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
