He is survived by: his children, Rob Matz (Erin) of Erie, Carl Swain Jr. (Amy) of Wainwright, Michelle Glover (Daniel) of Cambridge, Chris Swain (Katrina) of Athens and Jimmy Swain (Sara) of Dennison; his siblings, Carolyn Poland (John) of Newcomerstown, Linda Truax (Dave) of Cardington, Mike Swain (Diane) of Uhrichsville and Bill Swain (Peggy) of Mt. Gilead; and his son-in-law TJ Welch. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and his 4 legged best friend.
