He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Russell and Evelyn Lowry Russell; his brothers, Donald and David Russell; and his nephews, Mark Smith and Mike Russell (Lisa).
He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Smith (Ron) of Glouster and Roger Russell (Karen) of Glouster; and his nieces and nephews, Dave Russell (Tammy), Brenda Barnett (Ray), Christine Cremeans (Carl), Sharon Russell, Don Russell (Nancy), Leonard Russell (Bettenelle), Wayne Russell, Becky Carsey (Rick), Brad Smith (Carol), Dannette Andrews (Steve), Kevin Russell and Tammy Jo Russell.
The family will receive friends from 3-5 p. m. on Sunday October 18, 2020 at the Morrison Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville, where there will be a military service conducted by the Combined Color Guard Unit at 5 p. m. Please observe social distancing measures as much as possible and please wear a face mask while attending the service as recommended by the CDC.
