He is survived by: his son Brad Smith (Carol) of Glouster; his grandchildren, Jayanna Smith, Erik Hook and DaNell Harvey (David); his great grandchildren, Harlow Hook, David Jr. and Daisy Harvey; his niece Susan Drozdowski (Eric); and also, Coy Lehman, Mark and Brad.
