He is survived by: his parent Bertha Williams Braglin; his daughter Stephanie Finley (Brian) of Chesterhill; his grandchildren, Jacob Finley and Sierra Finley; and his brothers, Vernon Braglin (Sherry) of Zanesville, Gary Braglin (Candi) of Glouster and David Braglin (Sherry) of Shawnee.
