It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rocky Wayne Starcher of Glouster, Ohio, born in Sutton, West Virginia, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harley Starcher and Virgie E. Lewis Starcher; his brother Tommy Eli Starcher; and his nephews, Kenny Holcomb and Cogis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bertha McCourt (Ezra Westfall) of Newville, Kathy Green (Johnny Tenney) of Craigsville, Connie Holcomb of Clarksburg, Norma Starcher of Sutton and Lonnie Starcher (Linda) of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by two nieces; two nephews; three great nieces; and two great nephews.
