He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Smith; his brothers, Dave and Mark Smith; his mother-in-law Verna Sharp; and his grandfather Harry Sharp.
He is survived by: his children, Jason of Glouster and Jadie Smith of Trimble; his nephew Warren Smith; his grandchildren, Hunter Smith of Glouster, Morgan Smith of Zanesville and Xander Smith; his aunt Yvonne Cardaras; and his sister-in-law Sarah Bradford of Royal Oak, MI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; special extended family.
