He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Cline and Gaynol Banfield Cline. He is survived by: his wife Cheri Cline of Glouster; his stepchildren, Derik Rutter (Jessi) of Athens, Cody Rutter (Cammie) of Athens, Ryan Rutter of Athens, Don Kempton of Okinawa, Chris Tarantelli of Glouster and Nikki Tarantelli of Glouster; his sister Rosanne Reeves (Howard) of Heath; his nephew Howard Reeves (Sara) of Thornville; and his cousin Kent Cline. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
