He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elmer and Eunice Midkiff Jeffers; his wife Lillian Mae; his children, Patricia Packard and John Jeffers; and his grandchild Aaron Packard.
He is survived by: his children, James Jeffers (Remyann) and June Jeffers; his grandchildren, Justin Packard, Jonathan Jeffers and Maricel Jeffers Luayon; and his great grandchildren, Miguel Luayon and Natalee Packard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donation may be made out to the family for end of life expenses.
